Vertix Asia Pacific Pte Ltd team, together with Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, developed a masterplan for Opus Bay, a 57 Ha mixed-use district located in Batam, Indonesia. This masterplan ensured the vision of the project partners could be facilitated by the road network and transportation facilities through a comprehensive plan to be staged over the masterplan lifespan.
