Vertix have successfully gained approvals for unique projects not included in the URA master plan, such as increases in dwelling units for residential developments, increase in GFA and plot ratio for commercial developments, and studies supporting change of land use.
Vertix have never had a study rejected by LTA. This is a record we are extremely proud of.
Nearing construction completion, South Beach owners and operators identified a number of access and circulation issues within the site. Vertix was commissioned to carry out a full review of the design and operations, and propose improvements / mitigation measures to ensure the safety and efficiency of users
