Developers wishing to intensify their plots while maintaining existing land use will need to undertake a rigorous TIA process to gain clearance from LTA prior to obtaining URA approval. Vertix has completed several of these studies and understands the requirements for completing these TIAs. LTA requires project managers and technical staff with 10+ years experience to lead these studies, and Vertix meets these requirements.
