Vertix have successfully gained approvals for unique projects not included in the URA master plan, such as increases in dwelling units for residential developments, increase in GFA and plot ratio for commercial developments, and studies supporting change of land use.
Vertix have never had a study rejected by LTA. This is a record we are extremely proud of.
